PROFESSIONAL TRIP SUPARA ETHNO-RESTAURANT
On April 03, 2025, an excursion to the “Supara” ethno-complex was organized for first-year students of the Department of Restaurant Business and Culinary Arts of the Faculty of Tourism. The students were informed about Tabyldy Egemberdiev, the founder and creator of the “Shoro” company, “Supara”, “Supara-Chunkurchak” ethnocomplexes and their national values.
