As the Department of Industrial Engineering, we are pleased to share the current research and expertise of our valuable faculty members with our students and the academic community. In this context, on Friday, June 13, 2025, Lecturer Aybek Adanbayev, from our department, presented a seminar titled "Innovations in Radio Frequency Spectrum Management: Global Experience and Local Solutions."
The seminar was held at our department's Modeling, Optimization, and Simulation Laboratory (MFFB-128). In his presentation, Lecturer Adanbayev focused on the latest developments in radio frequency spectrum management, a critical topic today. Considering the increasing demand for wireless communication and limited spectrum resources, current and future challenges were discussed in detail. The seminar covered global experiences aimed at increasing spectrum efficiency, international regulations, new technologies (e.g., 5G and beyond, IoT), and how these innovations can be applied at the local level. Lecturer Adanbayev also shared insights from his own research and practical examples on topics such as frequency allocation processes, interference management, and dynamic spectrum access. Participants gained comprehensive knowledge about innovative strategies and practical solutions for the efficient and sustainable use of the radio frequency spectrum.
We extend our thanks to all academic staff and students who attended the seminar. We hope that such events will continue to foster knowledge exchange and contribute to our academic advancement.
