Students from the Painting Department of the Faculty of Fine Arts presented their artworks to art lovers at a city exhibition dedicated to International Art Day, held in Bishkek between April 15–19. The event, hosted by TSUM Aichurek Shopping Center, provided young artists with the opportunity to showcase their works to a wider audience.
Organized in collaboration with Gallery M Art, the exhibition aimed to support the development of visual arts in Kyrgyzstan and encourage emerging talents. In addition to the students of KTMU Faculty of Fine Arts, students from the Sadykov Kyrgyz State Art Academy and young talents from children’s art schools also participated in the exhibition.
The faculty students attracted attention with their works reflecting diverse techniques and artistic expressions, offering visitors unique examples of contemporary art.
Within the scope of the event, open painting and sculpture workshops allowed visitors to observe the artistic production process on site.
Additionally, creative activities for children and a face-painting area ensured that the exhibition appealed to visitors of all age groups. The event once again highlighted the contribution of the Faculty of Fine Arts to art education by increasing the visibility of students’ artistic production.
