World Theatre Day Celebrated in the Department of Performing Arts

The Department of Performing Arts of the Faculty of Fine Arts organized an event on March 25th, World Theatre Day. The event featured theatrical performances prepared by the department's students.

World Theatre Day stands out as a special day celebrated to remind us of the place of performing arts in cultural heritage and their social impact. Theatre is one of the important art forms that reflects human emotions, social issues, and different aspects of life with a powerful narrative language. Students from all classes of the Department of Performing Arts, as well as preparatory class students, participated in the program. The plays performed by the students were followed with great interest by the audience.

The event provided students with the opportunity to gain stage experience, while once again emphasizing the expressive power and social role of theatre art. The event was considered a productive and meaningful gathering where students could showcase their artistic productions.
