The Communication Conferences, organized for the second consecutive year by the Department of Public Relations and Advertising within the Faculty of Communication, were held online under the theme “Digitalization, Artificial Intelligence, and Communication.” The conferences provided an academic perspective on the impact of artificial intelligence, one of the most significant drivers of technological transformation today, on various communication disciplines.

Three separate online conferences were held as part of the event. Assoc. Prof. Dr. Taner Atmaca presented on “Artificial Intelligence and Education,” Prof. Dr. Erdinç Aslan on “Artificial Intelligence and Translation,” and Prof. Dr. Serkan Öztürk on “Artificial Intelligence and Cinema.” Leading academicians, experts in their respective fields, thoroughly examined the transformative effects of artificial intelligence across numerous sectors, from education to cinema, translation to communication strategies.

The conferences were moderated by Head of the Department of Public Relations and Advertising, Assoc. Prof. Dr. A. Bahadır Darı. With active participation from both academicians and students, the events fostered a productive environment for sharing valuable information, covering both theoretical and practical aspects.

The Communication Conferences series continues to explore the multifaceted relationship between artificial intelligence and communication disciplines in an increasingly digitalized world, providing participants with up-to-date and high-quality content.
