KTMU Administrators Visited the Minister of Science, Higher Education and Innovation Isamatova
On 21 January 2026, Kyrgyz-Turkish Manas University’s (KTMU) Rector Prof. Dr. Alpaslan Ceylan and Deputy Rector Prof. Dr. Almaz Ibraev paid a courtesy visit to the newly appointed Minister of Science, Higher Education and Innovation of the Kyrgyz Republic Gulzat Isamatova to extend their congratulations.
During the visit, issues of mutual cooperation between the University and the Ministry were discussed. Information was also provided about KTMU’s educational activities and academic works, with particular emphasis on potential joint projects at the faculty level, as well as future cooperation in the fields of technoparks and innovation.
Minister Isamatova stated that she closely follows the activities of Manas University and appreciates its contributions to regional higher education. She also expressed her pleasure in visiting KTMU in the near future.
