University–Judiciary Cooperation Meeting Held at the Supreme Court with the Participation of KTMU

The meeting was held at the Supreme Court of the Kyrgyz Republic with the participation of Rectors and Vice-Rectors of the country’s leading universities.

The meeting was attended by Chairman of the Supreme Court of the Kyrgyz Republic Mederbek Satyev, Deputy Chairman of the Supreme Court of the Kyrgyz Republic Nurgul Bakirova, Secretary-General of the Supreme Court Sulaiman Mykyev, Advisor to the Chairman Ruslan Myrzalimov, Director of the Higher School of Justice under the Supreme Court Erkin Toktomambetov, Secretary-General of the Constitutional Court of the Kyrgyz Republic Kanybek Masalbekov, and Deputy Rector of Kyrgyz-Turkish Manas University Prof. Dr. Almaz Ibraev.

The meeting was organized to strengthen institutional cooperation between judicial organization and higher education institutions, develop joint educational and practical programs, and train qualified human resources.

During the meeting, proposals submitted by universities were discussed, including increasing students internship and practical training opportunities within judicial organization, strengthening cooperation mechanisms between universities and judicial institutions, and enhancing the quality of practical education. In addition, in connection with the Constitution Day of the Kyrgyz Republic, a proposal was put forward to organize a national-level scientific and practical conference with the participation of members of the judiciary and academics.

At the conclusion of the meeting, the parties reached an agreement to further develop cooperation, maintain mutual dialogue, and strengthen the professional capacity of the judicial system. In this context, the Supreme Court of the Kyrgyz Republic signed cooperation agreements with the country’s leading universities covering students practical training and internship processes.
