Kyrgyz-Turkish Manas University Hosts Renowned Chef Eyüp Kemal Sevinç

Renowned Turkish chef Eyüp Kemal Sevinç paid a visit to Kyrgyz-Turkish Manas University, where he met with Rector Prof. Dr. Alpaslan Ceylan.

As part of the program, hosted by the Faculty of Tourism, Chef Sevinç came together with students to share his extensive professional experience and insights into the culinary world. During the seminar organized by the faculty, discussions focused on the current dynamics of the gastronomy sector, the global dimension of culinary culture, and strategic career planning in the field.

The program also featured a hands-on workshop, providing students with the opportunity to develop practical skills and gain technical knowledge related to professional kitchen practices. By complementing theoretical instruction with applied learning, the event fostered meaningful engagement and allowed students to interact directly with a distinguished expert in gastronomy.
