Orhun Exchange Program Application Announcement Fall & Spring Semesters of the 2026–2027 Academic Year

For the Fall and Spring Semesters of the 2026–2027 Academic Year, students at the level of Vocational School, Bachelor’s, Master’s, and PhD, as well as academic staff of our university who wish to participate in the Orhun Exchange Program at the announced departments of member universities of the Turkic Universities Union, are required to submit the application documents specified in this announcement by 25 March 2026, no later than 17:30, via email to hilal.chetin@manas.edu.kg.

When sending the email, please make sure to include Name, Surname, and the University Applied To in the subject line.

Important Information

  • Only one university and one semester preference may be selected.

  • All documents must be completed digitally.

  • Minimum required GPA is 2.5 out of 4.00.

  • Eligible applicants:

    • 2nd-year undergraduate students

    • 1st-year vocational school students

  • Travel expenses of students selected as primary candidates will be covered by our university.

  • Accommodation and meal expenses vary depending on the host university (see EK 1. Annex 1 Quotas.xlsx).

Mobility Period

  • Students: One semester (Fall or Spring, 2026–2027 Academic Year).

  • Academic Staff: Within the Fall or Spring semester of the 2026–2027 Academic Year, 14 days, with a minimum of 6 teaching hours per week, including academic and scientific activities.
