Rector of Kyrgyz-Turkish Manas University (KTMU) Prof. Dr. Alpaslan Ceylan has been awarded membership in the Kyrgyz Republic National Writers Union, an esteemed organization that brings together distinguished figures contributing to the literary, cultural, and intellectual life of the Kyrgyz Republic. In recognition of his outstanding achievements, a membership badge was formally presented to him by the Union’s Chairman Kanybek Imanaliev. This badge symbolizes Prof. Dr. Ceylan’s significant contributions to academia and culture.

This prestigious membership is granted to writers who contribute to the development of Kyrgyz literature, the preservation of national cultural values, and their promotion at the international level.
