Following the successful completion of the Manas University’s Student Selection and Placement Examination (MANAS-ÖSYS) 2026, the Rector of Kyrgyz-Turkish Manas University Prof. Dr. Alpaslan Ceylan issued a message of appreciation. In his statement, Rector Ceylan expressed his gratitude to all individuals and institutions that contributed to the successful organization of the examination and extended his best wishes to the prospective students and their families. He stated: "As Kyrgyz-Turkish Manas University, we are proud and delighted to have successfully completed Manas-ÖSYS 2026, which was held with the participation of 17,322 prospective students —11,230 in the first session and 6,092 in the second session. The examination was conducted in 18 examination buildings, including 11 university buildings, 5 buildings belonging to Maarif Schools, and 2 buildings belonging to Manas Turkish Schools. With the dedicated efforts of 902 examination officials and support personnel across 369 examination halls, the entire process was carried out successfully in accordance with the highest standards of security and organization.

Manas-ÖSYS is much more than an entrance examination for our university. It is one of the strongest manifestations of our commitment to equal opportunity, academic merit, and respect for the hard work and aspirations of our young people. Throughout the years, we have conducted this process with the same principles and determination, ensuring that no circumstance compromises the rights of our candidates and providing a secure, transparent, and well-organized examination environment. The steadily increasing number of applicants each year is the clearest evidence of the confidence youth place in Manas and of the distinguished academic reputation our university has achieved."

"Manas University's Greatest Strength Lies in Its Collective Effort and Institutional Solidarity."

"I would like to express my sincere gratitude to the Manas-ÖSYS Center, as well as to all our academic and administrative staff who worked diligently at every stage of this important organization. Their collective dedication and strong sense of institutional responsibility reflect the culture of solidarity and the robust institutional structure that define our university."

"The Trust Our Families Place in Manas Is Our Greatest Responsibility."

"Today, we also witnessed the hopeful anticipation, prayers, and confidence of the families who waited peacefully on our campus while supporting their children's future. I sincerely thank all the parents who entrusted our university with one of the most important decisions in their children's lives. The confidence they place in us will always remain one of our greatest responsibilities."

"Manas Is the University of Youth Who Work Hard to Achieve Their Dreams."

"I wholeheartedly congratulate all the youth who devoted themselves to their dreams in the examination halls and courageously took the first step toward building their future through knowledge. Their determination today is the most meaningful reflection of their belief in learning, productivity, and a stronger future. Manas is the university of youth who strive to achieve their dreams. I firmly believe that every student who works diligently, values their efforts, and perseveres toward their goals deserves to become a valued member of the Manas family. As a university, we will continue to provide a strong academic environment where their potential is nurtured through science, high-quality education, and an international vision."

Appreciation to Our Partner Institutions

"I would like to extend my heartfelt thanks to all the institutions and stakeholders whose contributions made the successful implementation of Manas-ÖSYS 2026 possible. In particular, I sincerely appreciate Maarif Schools and the institutions affiliated with them, Ala-Too University, Ala-Too Faculty of Medicine, Seytek Primary School, Cambridge School, and the Central Maarif School for their invaluable support through the provision of examination facilities and human resources. I also extend my sincere gratitude to the Turkish Schools operating under the Embassy of the Republic of Türkiye in Bishkek. This spirit of cooperation, built upon a shared commitment to education, has become a powerful example of solidarity in service of our young people's future. As the MANAS family, we regard this meaningful contribution as a valued part of our institutional memory and a sincere partnership in education."

Results to Be Announced on July 7

"The same level of diligence demonstrated throughout the MANAS-ÖSYS 2026 process is being maintained during the evaluation and announcement of examination results. Our assessment procedures are carried out using advanced optical scanning systems and multiple verification mechanisms designed to minimize the possibility of error.

Accordingly, we plan to announce the examination results of approximately 17,300 prospective students on Tuesday, July 7. Conducting a transparent, reliable, and fair evaluation process that honors the efforts of our prospective students, the trust of their families, and the long-standing examination tradition of our university remains our foremost responsibility. I wish all our candidates every success in their academic journeys. May their paths be bright, their hopes remain strong, and their futures be filled with achievement. As the MANAS family, we will continue, with the same commitment and determination, to educate new generations who will contribute to knowledge, science, and humanity."
