Faculty Member from Manas University's Faculty of Theology Wins First Place in an International Competition
Research Assistant at the Faculty of Theology of Kyrgyz-Turkish Manas University Dr. Şahimardan Orunbekov won first place in an international scientific competition held in Tashkent, the capital of Uzbekistan.
The competition, titled “The Tolerance of the Great Scholar Imam al-Maturidi and His Contributions to Science and Culture,” was organized as part of the First International Forum of Islamic Civilization. Academics and researchers specializing in theology from various countries participated in the competition. At the conclusion of the event, Dr. Şahimardan Orunbekov was awarded first prize in recognition of his outstanding scholarly work.
