Vision, Mission and SWOT Meeting Held at Our Faculty
On 26 December 2025, a meeting was held to determine the vision, mission, objectives and targets of the KTMU Faculty of Theology, as well as to prepare a SWOT Report (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities and Threats). The meeting began with an opening speech by the Dean.
In his opening remarks, the Dean emphasized the importance of participatory governance and the contribution of internal stakeholders in the strategic development process of the faculty.
The meeting, held with the active participation of internal stakeholders, was highly productive, characterized by constructive feedback and mutual exchange of ideas. The current status of the faculty was comprehensively evaluated, while future goals were discussed on the basis of collective reasoning.
The insights and recommendations obtained during the meeting are expected to make a significant contribution to the institutional development of the faculty as well as to its strategic planning process.
