Academic Cooperation with the Institute of State Language and Culture of Ishenaly Arabayev Kyrgyz State University (KSU)


On February 12, 2026, a protocol aimed at strengthening academic and institutional cooperation was signed between the Faculty of Communication of Kyrgyz-Turkish Manas University (KTMU) and the Institute of State Language and Culture of Ishenaly Arabayev Kyrgyz State University (KSU).

The program, hosted by KSU, was attended by Vice-Rector of KSU for State Language, Youth Policy and Sports Cayna Sadıkbek Kızı, Head of the International Relations Office Ayçürök Mırzalımbekova, Director of the Institute of State Language and Culture Prof. Dr. Samat Cumaliyev, and Head of the Media Center Zarina Esenbayeva.

The KTMU delegation included Dean of the Faculty of Communication Prof. Dr. Besim Yıldırım, Vice Deans Assoc. Prof. Dr. Erdoğan Akman and Assoc. Prof. Dr. Gülzada Stanaliyeva, Head of the Department of Radio, Television and Cinema Assoc. Prof. Dr. Gökçe Yoğurtçu, and Head of the Department of Journalism Assoc. Prof. Dr. Niyazi Ayhan.

Within the framework of the signed protocol, the two institutions plan to conduct joint scientific research, enhance academic and student mobility, organize joint events and workshops, and develop interdisciplinary projects in the fields of media and language. The program was regarded as an important step toward establishing a more institutionalized and sustainable academic partnership between the two universities.
