Students of Kyrgyz-Turkish Manas University, representing the Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences, Department of Finance and Banking, and Department of Economics — Nagima Ulanova, Azizbek Nozimjanov, and Alinazik Kabyljanova — achieved 1st place among 11 teams at the National Statistics Olympiad, organized by the National Statistical Committee of the Kyrgyz Republic.
This outstanding achievement demonstrates the students’ strong academic preparation in statistics, econometrics, and quantitative analysis, as well as their high level of analytical competence.
As a result of this success, the team has qualified to participate in the IV International Student Statistics Olympiad-Festival, which will take place 18–22 May 2026 in Moscow. The event is organized by the Interstate Statistical Committee of the CIS within the framework of the project “Development of CIS Statistics.”
We express our sincere gratitude to the organizers for their important contribution to the promotion of statistical education, analytical thinking, and professional development among students.
