As part of the academic activities organized by the Department of Business, Prof. Dr. Gökhan Özer delivered a research presentation to the faculty members of the department on June 9, 2026, at 3:30 PM in Room 302.
The presentation focused on the article entitled “The Analysis of Antecedents of Customer Loyalty in the Turkish Mobile Telecommunication Market.” The study examined the factors influencing customer loyalty in the Turkish mobile telecommunications market, with particular emphasis on the roles of service quality, customer satisfaction, perceived value, and corporate image.
During the session, the research methodology, key findings, and managerial implications of the study were discussed in detail. The presentation was followed by a question-and-answer session and an academic discussion among the participants.
The Department of Business will continue to organize similar events to promote scholarly exchange and strengthen its academic culture.
