Spooky English: Halloween in English Style

On October 31, students of the Philology Department, English Language and Literature program, held a themed lesson dedicated to Halloween.

During the class, the students immersed themselves in the festive atmosphere of one of the most popular English holidays: they carved pumpkins, created masks, and organized games and quizzes in English.

The lesson was lively and engaging — participants showed creativity and enthusiasm, discussing the traditions and symbols of Halloween.
Such activities help students better understand the culture of the countries whose language they study, making the learning process bright, fun, and memorable.

“Spooky English” proved that learning a language can go far beyond textbooks — through culture, creativity, and celebration!
