International Students' Symposium
On November 17, 2025, as part of the International Students’ Day, a comprehensive symposium for first-year university students was held at the Islamic Academy, dedicated to the 100th anniversary of the establishment of the Kara-Kyrgyz Autonomous Region, which laid the foundation of the Kyrgyz statehood.
Students and academics from various higher education institutions participated in the event, discussing the academic development of students, patriotic education, and the importance of social awareness.
Dr. Shohimardan Orunbekov from the Faculty of Theology of the Kyrgyz-Turkish Manas University (KTUM), along with first-year students of the faculty, also took part in the symposium. Kanatbek kyzy Telegey, Namazbekova Sezimay, Karimova Jarkynay, and Anarbekova Kundoz presented their prepared papers and contributed to the program. Students attending as observers from the faculty also closely followed the symposium.
At the end of the program, certificates of appreciation were presented to the participants by the Rector of the Islamic Academy.
