A meeting was held with managers on the topic “F&B department management in five-star hotels: careers, trends, and strategies for success.”


On January 28, 2026, a panel discussion was held at the Kyrgyz-Turkish Manas University for students of the Restaurant Business and Culinary Arts Department. The speakers were Savas Nuhoglu, F&B Director of Kempinski The Dome Hotel, Serkan Karabulut, F&B Director of Kilikya Palace Hotel, and Alper Kacmaz, Deputy F&B Director of Sirene Hotel. The participants shared valuable insights on career opportunities in the hospitality industry, discussed current trends in food and beverage management, and outlined key strategies for success in the F&B sector.
