The Art of Sommelier: Taste, Aroma, and Serving Techniques" — a master class for students


On April 17, 2026, as part of the "Sommelier Service" course, a master class titled "The Art of Sommelier: Taste, Aroma, and Serving Techniques" was held for students. The event took place under the guidance of instructor Dinara Isakova. Sommelier Nestan Adylbekova provided insights into red wines and demonstrated proper serving techniques through hands-on practice.

The master class placed special emphasis on wine serving culture, the harmony of flavors, and the role of the sommelier in restaurant service. Students had the opportunity to learn international sommelier standards, develop their tasting and service skills, and learn how to properly pair wines with dishes. The master class provided valuable practical experience in the field of gastronomy and restaurant management.
