Kyrgyz-Turkish Manas University (KTMU) has achieved another exemplary success in quality management, reaffirming its commitment to institutional excellence. The “TS EN ISO 9001:2015 I. Surveillance Audit and Quality Management System” training, held at the Rectorate Conference Hall on April 22–23, 2025, in cooperation with the Turkish Standards Institution (TSE) Certification Center, attracted considerable interest.
The opening program was attended by KTMU Vice Rector Prof. Dr. Recai Doğan, Secretary General and Quality Management Representative Prof. Dr. İsmet Altıntaş, Chairman of the Quality Executive Committee Prof. Dr. Kadir Ardıç, along with members of the quality representation and quality ambassadors, once again demonstrating the university’s strong commitment to its quality vision.
The certified training program was conducted by Dr. Cahit Atlı, Chief Auditor of TSE Quality Management Systems. Throughout the training, participants were provided with detailed insights into the core principles and practical applications of the TS EN ISO 9001:2015 standard. The first day focused on “Process Management,” while the second day was dedicated to “Corporate Risk Management,” both marked by intensive knowledge sharing.
Participants gained valuable practical knowledge on a wide range of topics, including quality management principles, risk and opportunity analysis, risk scoring methods, and process optimization.
Immediately following the training, the 1st Surveillance Audit was conducted by TSE officials on April 24, 2025. Covering all academic and administrative units, the audit served as a powerful testament to KTMU’s unwavering commitment to quality standards and a systematic management approach.
At the closing meeting, Dr. Cahit Atlı announced that the audit had been completed with zero errors and extended his sincere congratulations to Kyrgyz-Turkish Manas University. This outstanding result stands as clear evidence of KTMU’s high performance and determination in quality management.
Chairman of the Quality Executive Committee, Prof. Dr. Kadir Ardıç, expressed his gratitude to the quality representation members and quality ambassadors, emphasizing that the university is making steady progress toward achieving its strategic goals.
Secretary General and Quality Management Representative, Prof. Dr. İsmet Altıntaş, also expressed his thanks to all contributing units and shared the following evaluations: “These achievements are the result of a management approach that views quality not merely as a goal but as a continuous journey of improvement.
